The New Year is off to a great start, the controlled demolition of the US economy (and in effect, the world economy) appears to be proceeding nicely under the tireless stewardship of President Joseph Biden. Biden is as stalwart a leader as he is a charismatic and engaging speaker. Anyone who has seen this man speak will admit, it’s hard to look away.
Some of the readers who take care to follow current events might recall an incident where Merrick Garland, Biden’s pick for the 86th United States Attorney General, approved a raid on the home of President Donald Trump by the FBI in August of last year. Ostensibly, the raid was done to recover classified documents that the bad old Orangeman maliciously spirited away to his Florida residence. (Nevermind that these documents were secure, they were rightfully his, and many were previously declassified while others were protected under Attorney/Client privilege.) Of course, I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention that FBI Director Christopher Wray also signed off on the raid.
Well, as fate would have it, a sort of karmic boomerang effect is taking place as we speak. Certain documents were “found” at the Biden office at Penn University, documents which held very sensitive information. Coincidentally, China donated millions to that facility at Penn U. In fact, this “Penn Biden Center” has been described as a “dark money nightmare”. Within forty-eight hours of the news breaking another bundle of documents was discovered at a second location. Quite a wild coincidence, eh? Sometimes these events give you the eerie feeling that you are watching a movie.
Certainly this should merit as serious an investigation as was inflicted on Donald John Trump over documents that were on the up and up?
As it turns out, according to former Defense Secretary Christopher Miller’s Chief of Staff Kash Patel, these “government gangsters” knew about these documents as far back as November 2022 that Biden had classified information from his Vice Presidency somewhere out in the aether. A little-known article from the most prestigious rag in the DC beltway, the Washington Post, came out just after the midterms claiming investigators found that Trump's motives behind holding these documents were not for money, as originally claimed, but “ego and desire”. According to Patel, this was done in an attempt to get ahead of what they knew was likely to come; an investigation into Biden over classified documents.
So, in a nutshell, Biden is facing the same allegations that he pushed against his predecessor, and it is causing massive problems for him and his political allies. But don’t worry, the ladies on “The View” are here to reassure us that everything is fine and that what Biden did is not as bad as what Trump did because… well, because Biden is a good person and Trump is not. According to the virtuous and principled Joy Behar,
“We all know that Trump is a liar and a thief. We know that. So it’s not that big a jump to say that he obstructed and he lied. We don’t think Biden is a liar and a thief, so we give him the benefit of the doubt.”
Well, I must say, Joy seems to have built an impenetrable argument here. Think no further dear reader, the Behar has spoken, so mote it be.
This fiasco has only just begun, let us not get complacent. This Department of Justice has already come out trying to say that it has handled both matters fairly and equally, something anyone with a modicum of intelligence knows is outright false. They rely on the masses' disinterest in current events, particularly in regard to politics, to explain away any given situation in whatever way is most favorable to the ruling class without anyone being the wiser.
The truth is that both matters are wholly inequivalent. A sitting president is the sole arbiter of the classification authority system in the United States government. Do you know who is not? The vice president, which is exactly the office Biden was in when he stored these docs at the Penn Biden Center. Not only is that little detail an important distinction, but Trump's documents were stored behind lock and key in his own home, and Biden's documents were stored in a dark money ivy league think tank with ties to China and Ukraine.
It may be one of the kindest things that Biden has done for Trump in recent months. This slip-up could lead to a total exoneration of Trump, and may well lead to a conviction of Joeseph the sleepy.
